Jolly Pasta Launches Emilia-Romagna Fair on Oct 6: Two Mushroom Bolognese Pastas and Seared Eel Aglio e Olio
Jolly Pasta’s Emilia-Romagna fair starts October 6, 2026, at all 322 restaurants, with two mushroom Bolognese pastas and a seared eel aglio e olio. The tomato-free white Bolognese is the cheapest of the three at ¥1,309 incl. tax, while Bologna-style lasagna, aged salami and a Lambrusco from the region round out the menu. The fair has no announced end date, so check with your local restaurant. Pasta specialty chain Jolly Pasta will hold its “Northern Italy Journey Fair: Emilia-Romagna Edition” starting Tuesday, October 6, 2026. The spotlight is on Emilia-Romagna in northern Italy, known as the birthplace of Bolognese. The lineup draws on the region’s food culture, from two Bolognese pastas made with beef and autumn mushrooms to a unique eel pasta, Bologna’s famous lasagna, and a lightly sparkling red wine from the region itself.
