All 5 Marron Fair Desserts and Prices
Marron and Chocolate Parfait – ¥1,290 (¥1,419 incl. tax)
A parfait that lets you enjoy chestnut to the fullest. It is topped with marron paste and glossy chestnuts simmered with their inner skins, with refined skin-on chestnut ice cream hidden beneath the paste. As you dig in, whipped cream, rich nama chocolate, crushed marron glacé, meringue, and chocolate flakes & feuilletine come together for a variety of textures.
The bottom layer features rich chocolate pudding brightened by refreshing cassis syrup, finished with clean-tasting coffee jelly for a slightly grown-up flavor. The recommended pairing is the limited-time “La France & Apple Tea.”
~Scented with Cassis~ Freshly Piped Italian Chestnut Mont Blanc – ¥690 (¥759 incl. tax)
A Mont Blanc generously piped with marron paste that brings out the natural mellow sweetness and aroma of chestnuts. Under the paste are flaky pie pieces, vanilla ice cream, and sweet-tart cassis syrup. Meringue, crushed marron glacé, and nama chocolate are scattered around it for added depth. It is recommended with Keemun tea, known for its smoky aroma and low astringency.
Marron and Tart Glass Parfait – ¥890 (¥979 incl. tax)
A luxurious dessert that lets you enjoy both a chocolate brownie and custard cream tart and a parfait at once. The middle layer stacks skin-on chestnut ice cream, sponge cake pieces, simmered chestnuts, and airy whipped cream, accented by refreshing cassis syrup. Coffee jelly made with fair trade coffee leaves a clean finish. Don’t miss its elegant, hotel-dessert-like presentation. The recommended pairing is Uva tea, with its crisp, refreshing aroma.
Chewy Marron Crepe – ¥590 (¥649 incl. tax)
A chewy crepe wrapped around whipped cream and topped with skin-on chestnut ice cream and simmered chestnuts. Crushed marron glacé and crunchy chocolate flakes & feuilletine add accents of flavor and texture. It is suggested with Darjeeling tea for its fresh, floral aroma.
Mini! Marron Parfait – ¥490 (¥539 incl. tax)
A parfait sized just right for after a meal. Topped with simmered chestnuts, nama chocolate, and candied almonds, it combines gently sweet skin-on chestnut ice cream with rich Belgian chocolate ice cream and chocolate pudding. Coffee jelly gives it a clean finish.

Add-On Cassis Syrup and Limited-Time Tea
- Add-on cassis syrup: ¥80 (¥88 incl. tax). The bright acidity of cassis highlights the refined sweetness of chestnut.
- La France & Apple Tea: Made with fair trade tea leaves from Nepal and available for a limited time in the “Premium Drink Bar” at ¥450 (¥495 incl. tax). Its fragrant La France pear and apple notes pair well with chestnut and chocolate.

In Nepal, Zensho started fair trade tea in 2015 and also runs the Zensho Scholarship Project, a scholarship program that does not require repayment. The limited-time tea in this fair also uses fair trade tea leaves from Nepal.
