During the campaign, the salad bar features three salads and one dessert inspired by pumpkins and Halloween colors such as orange, purple and black.
Shimeji and Spinach Halloween Tomato Pasta Salad
This chilled pasta salad catches the eye with black pasta that evokes the mysterious mood of Halloween. Regular pasta and pasta kneaded with squid ink are combined with a garlic-accented tomato sauce, bunashimeji mushrooms and spinach. The umami of the shimeji, the gentle acidity of the tomato sauce and the garlic aroma come together in a refreshing yet moreish flavor.
Pumpkin Potato Salad
A potato salad made with pumpkin, the symbol of Halloween, along with carrots, potatoes and onions. The creamy hue of the pumpkin and the orange of the carrots bring a festive Halloween feel. Enjoy the gentle sweetness of the pumpkin and the chunky texture of the ingredients.
Halloween Cabbage Mix
The vivid orange of carrots and the deep purple of red cabbage call Halloween to mind in this colorful dish. Dress the fresh, crisp vegetables to your liking with five separately provided dressings:

Pumpkin Pudding
