Big Boy Serves Up a Summer Feast with the Angus Sirloin Steak Fair
Big Boy Japan (headquartered in Minato-ku, Tokyo), a subsidiary of Zensho Holdings, will hold its Angus Sirloin Steak Fair starting Thursday, July 16, 2026, at its hamburger & steak restaurants “Big Boy” and “Victoria Station.” The fair features a lineup of summer feast menus that let you fully enjoy Black Angus sirloin steak.
Carefully Selected Black Angus Beef
The fair uses Australian Black Angus beef raised primarily on barley and other grains, prized for its tender texture, sweet fat, and richly flavored lean meat. The tender “sirloin” cut, with just the right amount of marbling, is served as cut steak and thick-cut steak. Grilled over an open flame at 300°C, the steak locks in plenty of juices, staying juicy while releasing deeper beefy umami with every bite.

Don’t miss the summer-limited Chimichurri Sauce (220 yen à la carte, 242 yen incl. tax), also available on its own. This special sauce lets you mix shiso, garlic chips, tomato, pink pepper, and a refreshing salt-lemon sauce to taste. The mellow saltiness of rock salt paired with the crisp aroma of lemon and shiso draws out the meat’s natural umami, making it a great pairing with any dish of your choice.
