Sushiro Day 2026 – Part 1’, at Sushiro locations nationwide starting Wednesday, June 3, 2026. Marking the month of its founding in June, Sushiro—born from a single standing sushi shop “Tai Sushi” in Osaka and devoted to “Straight to Sushi!” for over 40 years—brings a luxurious lineup of dishes.
Star Item ‘Salmon Roe Wrap’ at a Special Thank-You Price from ¥110
The highlight is the ‘Salmon Roe Wrap (Ikura Tsutsumi)’, which lets you savor the rich, creamy flavor of salmon roe directly through its wrap. As a gesture of gratitude, it is offered at a special price from ¥110 (tax incl.). Sales begin June 3 (Wed) and end once the planned 2.07 million servings sell out.
‘Toku-Neta Bai-Toro’ – Roughly Double Size, Same Price
Sushiro, known for its dedication to tuna, takes its “Toku-Neta Chu-Toro” (medium fatty tuna thawed and hand-sliced in-store) and serves it at roughly double the usual size for the same price, from ¥180 (tax incl.). Available June 3 (Wed) to June 14 (Sun), until the planned 2.77 million servings sell out.

Beloved classic gunkan rolls come in double portions at the same price.

Also debuting for the hot season are the in-store-rolled ‘Sushiro Seafood Roll Stack (Summer)’ (from ¥180 tax incl.) and the refreshingly spicy ‘Grilled Chicken with Shichimi Grated Radish Ponzu’ (from ¥170 tax incl.).
Selected Soft Drinks Half Price During the Campaign
Perfect for the hot season ahead, selected soft drinks are half price, from ¥100 (down from ¥200, tax incl.), between June 3 (Wed) and June 23 (Tue). Eligible drinks include Pop Melon Soda, White Water, White Soda, Oolong Tea, Pepsi Cola, Refreshing White Grape, and Refreshing White Grape Soda—seven varieties in all.
