Burger King® Brings Back ‘On the Beef’ for One Week Only
BK Japan Co., Ltd. is bringing back its ‘On the Beef’ (オン ザ ビーフ) series for one week only, from Friday, October 16 to Thursday, October 22, 2026. The series lets you enjoy Burger King®’s signature flame-grilled 100% beef patty just as it is. There are four items in the lineup. ‘On the Beef’ and ‘Beef on the Beef’ are seasoned simply with salt and pepper. ‘Sauce on the Beef’ and ‘Sauce on the Double Beef’ let you choose one of three special sauces. Every item comes as a single (one patty) or a double (two patties).
The Star: A Flame-Grilled 100% Beef Patty
‘On the Beef’ lets you savor the flame-grilled 100% beef patty exactly as it is. This patty is also the key to the flavor of Burger King®’s authentic burgers. The patties are grilled slowly over an open flame in a dedicated broiler. Excess fat drips away while the juices are sealed in, giving the meat a juicy, smoky taste. The patty is usually just one part of a burger, but here it takes center stage, which makes this a good pick for beef lovers.
Lineup and Prices
Two Items Seasoned with Salt and Pepper
- On the Beef (Salt and Pepper): ¥450 (one beef patty)
- Beef on the Beef (Salt and Pepper): ¥900 (two beef patties)
These are seasoned only with salt and pepper, so you get the juiciness and smoky aroma of flame grilling directly. Choose ‘On the Beef’ if you want to taste the meat itself. Choose ‘Beef on the Beef’ if you want two patties.
Two Items with Your Choice of Three Sauces
- Sauce on the Beef: ¥550 (one beef patty + one sauce)
- Sauce on the Double Beef: ¥1,000 (two beef patties + one sauce)
Each sauce version costs ¥100 more than its salt-and-pepper counterpart. All prices include tax.
Three Special Sauces
- Spicy Sauce: Rich tomato flavor with the sharp heat of jalapeño. Contains spicy ingredients.
- Teriyaki Sauce: Made with charred green onion and red miso as secret ingredients.
- BBQ Sauce: A deep, rich, smoky flavor with a touch of astringency.
According to Burger King®, every sauce pairs perfectly with the flame-grilled 100% beef patty. Combine the number of patties with your favorite sauce to find the version you like best.
Purchase Bonus: Original Sticker
During the campaign, you’ll receive one ‘Original Sticker’ each time you buy any one of the four items: ‘On the Beef’, ‘Beef on the Beef’, ‘Sauce on the Beef’ or ‘Sauce on the Double Beef’. Quantities are limited, and the offer ends when supplies run out. Reservations are not accepted, so visit early if you want one.
