A free family outing with food to try and live music to hear: the Yokohama Kita Center Festival (横浜北センターまつり) takes place on Saturday, November 7, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Palsystem’s delivery center in Yokohama’s Midori Ward will open to visitors, with 32 participating producers, manufacturers and other exhibitors.
No advance registration is needed to attend, and you don’t have to be a Palsystem member; local residents are welcome. The main planning point for parents is that the baby crawling race and baby photo-art activity require reservations. Check the booking details before you go.

Check the official festival page and reservation details.

Recycling, food donations and art

The festival also introduces Palsystem’s resource collection system. Visitors can bring used milk cartons to exchange for Palsystem-branded tissues, and there will be a collection point for food they do not plan to use at home.
Check what the organizer will accept before you bring anything. The announcement does not state the milk-carton exchange quantities or preparation requirements, nor the conditions for donating food.
The Pal Art (パル・アート) area will display and sell works by artists with disabilities. It will also explain how artwork leasing helps create employment opportunities. For background, read the official announcement about the art display at the delivery center.
If you rely on your phone for maps while out, our d VALUE PASS and ChargeSPOT guide explains a separate power-bank rental option. This is general outing preparation, not a service announced for the festival venue.
