Overview of the Dormy’s New Member Campaign
Kyoritsu Maintenance, the operator of Dormy Inn and other properties, is running a new member registration campaign for its Dormy’s membership program from September 26 to October 25, 2026. New members who sign up during this period receive discount coupons, including one valid at all Dormy Inn properties. Those who also subscribe to the email newsletter are entered into a prize draw for pair stays at Kyoto Omuro Kadensho and La Vista Minami Aso.
The campaign has two parts: stay vouchers awarded by lottery, and discount coupons handed out on a first-come, first-served basis. This article breaks down the details, quantities and conditions of each, plus the key points to check before you sign up.
Campaign at a Glance
- Organizer: Kyoritsu Maintenance
- Program: Dormy’s membership program
- Period: September 26 – October 25, 2026
- Eligibility: People who register as new members during the period
- Participating properties and regions: All Dormy Inn properties; Kyoto Omuro Kadensho (Kyoto); La Vista Minami Aso (Kumamoto)
- Benefits: Pair stay vouchers (lottery) and discount coupons (first-come, first-served)
Benefit 1: Win a Pair Stay Voucher
People who complete both new member registration and newsletter sign-up during the period are entered into a draw for the following pair stay vouchers.
Kyoto Omuro Kadensho Pair Stay Voucher
- Winners: 4 pairs (8 people)
- Area: Omuro, Kyoto
La Vista Minami Aso Pair Stay Voucher
- Winners: 5 pairs (10 people)
- Area: Minami Aso, Kumamoto
That makes 9 pairs (18 people) in total. Each voucher covers two guests, so it is an appealing prize for anyone planning a trip with family, a partner or a friend. Note that registering as a member alone does not enter you into the draw. The newsletter subscription is also required, so check your newsletter settings when you sign up. The original report does not specify eligible stay dates, blackout dates or whether meals are included. Confirm these details with the winner notification or official information.
Benefit 2: First-Come, First-Served Discount Coupons
Separately from the draw, new members receive discount coupons on a first-come, first-served basis. Three types are available.
¥500 Coupon Valid at All Dormy Inn Properties
- Discount: ¥500
- Quantity: First 10,200 coupons
- Valid at: All Dormy Inn properties
¥5,000 Coupon for Kyoto Omuro Kadensho
- Discount: ¥5,000
- Quantity: First 45 coupons
- Valid at: Kyoto Omuro Kadensho
¥3,000 Coupon for La Vista Minami Aso
- Discount: ¥3,000
- Quantity: First 45 coupons
- Valid at: La Vista Minami Aso
Coupons will appear on your member page within three business days of registration. If they do not show up right away, that does not necessarily mean something went wrong. Wait about three business days, then check your member page. The original report does not say whether one person can receive all three coupons. It also does not mention expiry dates or minimum spend requirements, so check the conditions on your member page before booking.
How to Participate

- Step 2: Subscribe to the email newsletter at the same time (required to enter the pair stay draw)
- Step 3: Check your member page for the coupons within three business days of registering
- Step 4: Review the coupon terms on your member page and use the coupons when planning a stay at an eligible property
Things to Check Before You Join
Register Early for First-Come Coupons
This article was published on October 7, more than 10 days after the campaign began on September 26. The ¥5,000 Kyoto Omuro Kadensho coupon and the ¥3,000 La Vista Minami Aso coupon are limited to just 45 each, so they may already be gone. The ¥500 Dormy Inn coupon has a much larger allocation of 10,200, but it is still best to register well before the October 25 deadline.
Existing Members May Not Be Eligible
This campaign targets new member registrations. The original report does not mention how existing Dormy’s members are treated, so it is safest to assume they are not eligible.
The Draw and the Coupons Have Different Conditions
The pair stay draw requires new member registration plus newsletter sign-up. The discount coupons, by contrast, go to new members on a first-come, first-served basis. If you want both, the surest approach is to complete the newsletter sign-up at the same time as your registration.
Who This Campaign Is For
- Anyone planning to stay at a Dormy Inn for business or leisure
- Travelers considering a stay in the Omuro area of Kyoto
- Those planning a trip to the Minami Aso area of Kumamoto
- Anyone who wants a chance at a stay voucher just by signing up
