Sushiro × Honkai: Star Rail Second Collaboration
Akindo Sushiro Co., Ltd. is teaming up with HoYoverse’s globally popular space fantasy RPG Honkai: Star Rail for a second round of collaboration titled “The Golden Plate,” launching at Sushiro locations nationwide on Monday, April 27, 2026. The campaign is split into Phase 1 and Phase 2, featuring sushi, desserts, and exclusive collectible goods.
Sushi with Limited-Edition Picks
Available in Both Phases
- Mala-Style Salmon with Fried Leek: from 250 yen (tax incl.). Salmon topped with crispy leek and a signature mala sauce.
Phase 1 (from April 27)
- Lemon Steak-Style Nigiri: from 250 yen. Inspired by Nagasaki’s famous lemon steak.
- Large Shrimp: from 250 yen. Thick, meaty and satisfying.
Phase 2 (from May 15)
- Grilled Eel (Kabayaki): from 250 yen. Repeatedly glazed with signature sauce for rich umami.
- Large Whelk: from 250 yen. Crunchy texture with a fresh ocean aroma.

Special Themed Stores
Four themed branches will feature Amphoreus characters: Shinjuku Nishiguchi (Tokyo), Chiba Chuo (Chiba), Namba Amza (Osaka), and Onojo Daijo (Fukuoka). Select locations will also offer “Honkai: Star Rail Mode” on the large DigiRo touchscreen displays.

The #SushiRail 70-Plate Quest Photo Campaign rewards 10 winners who finish 70 plates with a set of 8 exclusive mini plates in an original box.
