MOS Burger and Imuraya Team Up for the First Time
MOS Food Services, Inc. will release new collaborative sweets with Imuraya Co., Ltd. at MOS Burger stores nationwide (excluding some locations) from Wednesday, May 20, 2026 through early September. The lineup includes “Ice Dolce Strawberry Cream Ice Warabi Mochi with Amaou Sauce” and “Ice Dolce Matcha Cream Ice Warabi Mochi with Kuromitsu Sauce.” The seasonal “Fluffy Souffle Pancake with Domestic White Peach Sauce” will also be available.
A Melting Ice Warabi Mochi Co-Developed with Imuraya
Since 2023, MOS has been offering summer sweets that incorporate Japanese elements, such as the “Kuzu Ice” series of non-melting frozen desserts. This year, the company reimagines the classic summer treat warabi mochi in collaboration with Imuraya, a confectioner with over 130 years of experience crafting traditional Japanese sweets.
Served frozen, the warabi mochi gradually softens over time, allowing customers to enjoy the changing texture from firm to delightfully bouncy. As it melts, the mochi becomes increasingly transparent, adding a visually refreshing touch perfect for hot summer days.

Ice Dolce Strawberry Cream Ice Warabi Mochi with Amaou Sauce (260 yen)
A three-layer indulgence featuring tangy-sweet sauce made from Fukuoka-grown Amaou® strawberries, rich strawberry cream infused with Amaou juice, all wrapped in warabi mochi. Every bite delivers an evolving texture as the mochi and cream gradually melt.
Ice Dolce Matcha Cream Ice Warabi Mochi with Kuromitsu Sauce (260 yen)
Kuromitsu syrup made from Okinawan brown sugar and matcha cream blended with Uji matcha are wrapped in warabi mochi. The sweetness of kuromitsu pairs beautifully with the subtle bitterness of matcha in this East-meets-West dessert.
Fluffy Souffle Pancake with Domestic White Peach Sauce (520 yen)
The classic souffle pancake is topped with a limited-edition sauce made from Japanese white peach puree and pulp. Dine-in only, available from 11:00 AM. Add 260 yen for a drink set.
