The lineup also features seared pork neck with yuzu pepper, Hokkaido black rockfish, and shrimp tempura nigiri with yuzu-flavored grated daikon. Availability dates differ by item, so check the deadlines if you have a particular dish in mind.

Oyster sushi and maitake tempura for ¥110 including tax
Hiroshima oyster nigiri with spicy grated daikon
This nigiri features a boiled Hiroshima oyster with a plump, juicy texture, topped with momiji-oroshi, a spicy grated daikon garnish. It costs ¥100 before tax, or ¥110 including tax, and is scheduled to be available through Wednesday, October 21. Its announced sales period ends earlier than those of some other featured items, so keep that date in mind when planning a visit.
Hiroshima fried oyster sushi wrap with tartar sauce
A crisp coating, savory oyster filling and tartar sauce come together in this sushi wrap, also priced at ¥100 before tax, or ¥110 including tax. It offers a different texture from the boiled oyster nigiri, making the two an appealing pairing for oyster fans who want to compare preparations. No individual end date was announced for this item.
Japanese maitake mushroom tempura nigiri
Made with aromatic, flavorful maitake mushrooms from Shinshu, this tempura nigiri costs ¥100 before tax, or ¥110 including tax. It is scheduled to be available through Monday, October 26, offering another way to sample an autumn ingredient alongside the oyster dishes.

Three more sushi options for ¥176 including tax
The ¥160-before-tax tier, or ¥176 including tax, includes pork neck, black rockfish and shrimp tempura. Each comes with a garnish chosen to complement its flavor: yuzu pepper, spicy grated daikon or yuzu-flavored grated daikon.
- Seared pork neck with yuzu pepper: ¥160 before tax, ¥176 including tax. The refreshing yuzu pepper seasoning complements the pork’s savory flavor and the sweetness of its fat.
- Salt-cured Hokkaido black rockfish with spicy grated daikon: ¥160 before tax, ¥176 including tax. Known in Japan as the “sea bream of Hokkaido,” this prized fish is salt-cured to highlight its rich flavor and the sweetness of its fat as you chew. Available through Monday, October 26.
- Shrimp tempura nigiri with yuzu-flavored grated daikon, made with Kochi yuzu juice: ¥160 before tax, ¥176 including tax. Crisp shrimp tempura is paired with a refreshing citrus-and-daikon topping.

Cheesy potato cakes and autumn desserts
The Imakane Danshaku cheesy potato cakes cost ¥220 before tax, or ¥242 including tax. Returning after a popular appearance last year, they use the relatively rare Imakane Danshaku potato, noted for its high sugar content, and have a pleasantly chewy texture.
From Hama Café Lab, the Earl Grey baked cheesecake costs ¥270 before tax, or ¥297 including tax. It uses fair-trade tea scented with bergamot and offers a rich cheese flavor.
The apple, pudding and caramel parfait costs ¥390 before tax, or ¥429 including tax. Substantial pieces of apple bring a refreshing fruit flavor to the sweetness of the pudding and caramel.
