“GOOD POINT WEEK” is a large-scale point campaign MUJI runs several times a year, and this edition coincides with Japan’s Golden Week holiday period. During the campaign, MUJI members earn 5x the regular points on purchases and qualifying actions.

✅ 1. Must-Do: Register as a MUJI App Member
MUJI membership is free, but without registration you won’t earn any points. Download the “MUJI passport” app and register with your email address to become a member. MUJI app members get access to all available actions and benefits.
✅ 2. Shop Online via Rakuten Rebates for +1.5%
When shopping on MUJI’s online store, going through Rakuten Rebates first lets you earn an additional 1.5% in Rakuten points on top of your MUJI points. Rakuten points can be used across the Rakuten ecosystem including Rakuten Ichiba, Rakuten Pay, McDonald’s, and many more.

For in-store purchases, use a high-reward credit card (like SMBC Card NL) or mobile payments (PayPay, d-barai, au PAY, Rakuten Pay, etc.) to earn an extra layer of card or wallet points on top of MUJI points.

❌ Excluded Stores
IDÉE Shop Online, overseas stores, camping grounds, MUJI HOTEL, MUJI BASE (accommodations), MUJI HOUSE (purchases), WA | Japanese restaurant, as well as MUJI counters within Lawson, Natural Lawson, Amazon, Rakuten, ASKUL/LOHACO, ZOZO, and various co-op supermarkets are excluded.
❌ Excluded Products & Services
Shopping bags, share bags, products from “Tsunagaru Ichi” vendors, shipping fees, processing fees, repair fees, embroidery service, event participation fees, vending machines, ¥100 coffee, products sold inside MUJI HOTEL, items sold at ticket machines (food courts, juice stands), and bulk corporate orders are all excluded from the 5x rate.
Important Notes
- You must be a MUJI member (via MUJI app, online store, MUJI Card, or LINE membership card). Online store guest purchases are not eligible.
- The 4x campaign points are not awarded immediately — they’ll be distributed gradually by late June 2026.
- Point validity: regular points expire at the end of the 5th month after award; campaign points expire at the end of the 5th month after the June award date.
- Items purchased during the campaign and later returned or exchanged will not earn the 5x points.
- For “store pickup” with “pay in store” selected, if pickup/payment happens outside the campaign period, the order is not eligible.
- Overseas MUJI app and overseas MUJI Card usage are not eligible.
- Some actions have monthly point caps. If you’ve already hit the cap before the campaign starts, the 4x bonus won’t apply.
