COCO’S Japan Co., Ltd. (headquartered in Minato-ku, Tokyo; President: Naoya Ichiki), part of the Zensho Holdings group, will kick off its Summer Beef Hamburg Steak Fair at COCO’S family restaurants nationwide starting Friday, July 31, 2026.
About the Fair
The Beef Hamburg Steak is a signature COCO’S dish made with 100% beef, prized for its rich, meaty flavor and coarsely ground texture. Timed for the season when the summer heat makes you crave a hearty meat fix, the fair pairs the classic hamburg steak with appetite-stirring garlic, refreshing green onion and salted lemon, fried favorites such as shrimp, and cut steak — four combinations in all.
