BBQ Pineapple Beef Burger (620 yen, tax included)
A 100% beef patty paired with pineapple seared on a hot griddle and an original BBQ sauce with a fruity, smoky character, plus the four-cheese sauce, house-made bacon, and cheddar cheese. The harmony of caramelized pineapple sweetness and beefy umami makes this the fair’s signature item.
Hawaiian Avocado Shrimp Burger (580 yen, tax included)
A plump, crispy shrimp patty layered with generous chunks of avocado, a house tartar sauce with a pleasant tang, and the melty four-cheese sauce in a soft bun—a distinctly Hawaiian combination of shrimp and avocado.
BBQ Pineapple Chicken Burger (580 yen, tax included)
Crispy tatsuta-style fried chicken with griddle-seared pineapple and the original BBQ sauce, accented by a special spicy sauce with an addictive kick, lettuce, and mayonnaise. Sweet, spicy, and tangy notes come together in every bite.
