Big Boy Japan Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Zensho Holdings, will hold the “Fillet Steak Fair” at its hamburger and steak restaurants Big Boy and Victoria Station from April 23 (Thu) to May 6 (Wed, holiday), 2026. The fair features fillet steak from Australian Black Angus cattle, perfect for a luxurious Golden Week treat.
Why Australian Black Angus Fillet
Fed mainly on barley and other grains, Australian Black Angus beef is known for its tender texture, sweet fat, and richly flavored lean meat. This fair highlights the fillet cut — prized for tenderness and umami — served as a thick-cut steak. Grilled over open flame at 300°C, the steak locks in juices for a succulent bite every time.
