Kyushu’s local food, all in one Tokyo park
If you have been meaning to try Kyushu food without booking a flight, this is a good weekend to do it. From Friday, October 9 to Monday, October 12, 2026 (the last day is a national holiday), about 100 food stalls from all seven Kyushu prefectures set up at Yoyogi Park. It is the 17th edition of the fair, officially called the Kyushu Tourism and Products Fair in Yoyogi (九州観光・物産フェアin代々木).

Sake, shochu and a Fukuoka pudding
A drinks section called the National Sake Brewery Tour (全国酒蔵巡り) features honkaku shochu and sake selected from breweries across Kyushu, so you can compare a few alongside your food. Two bottles selected for this year:
