MOS Cafe Debuts Autumn-Limited “Cream Pomme with Japanese Fuji Apple & Amber Tea Sauce”

MOS Food Services, Inc. (headquarters: Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo; President: Eisuke Nakamura), operator of the MOS BURGER chain, will launch the dine-in exclusive dessert “Cream Pomme ~ Japanese Fuji Apple & Amber Tea Sauce ~” for a limited time from Wednesday, September 9, 2026 at MOS BURGER locations operating under the “MOS Cafe” format. Three additional autumn sweets and drinks will debut on the same day, bringing seasonal color to teatime.

“MOS BURGER & Cafe” Rebranded as “MOS Cafe”

To adapt to a wide range of locations, the company has developed cafe-oriented outlets particularly in residential and downtown areas. These stores were previously known under the sub-brand “MOS BURGER & Cafe,” but in line with the new product launch the name has been changed to “MOS Cafe,” with a new logo appearing on menus and other materials. In addition to the regular MOS BURGER lineup, MOS Cafe outlets serve original menu items such as exclusive sweets and drinks. The official website switchover is scheduled for 7:00 a.m. on September 9.

Four New Items Celebrating Autumn Flavors

Cream Pomme ~ Japanese Fuji Apple & Amber Tea Sauce ~ (590 yen / dine-in only)

An autumn revamp of the sauce for “Cream Pomme,” a popular item released this spring. Light, moist sponge cake is paired with a special melt-in-the-mouth cream made with Hokkaido fresh cream. The sauce, served separately in a cocotte dish, combines the crisp texture of Japanese Fuji apple pulp with the elegant aroma of a special tea syrup made from Kandy tea leaves, matching beautifully with the rich milkiness of the cream. Guests pour the sauce themselves to enjoy shifting flavors.

Lemon Rare Cheesecake ~ Amber Tea Sauce ~ (350 yen / dine-in only)

A smooth no-bake cheesecake made with crisp-tasting Hokkaido cream cheese, drizzled with the aromatic Kandy tea syrup and served with lemon wedges cut in-store. The mellow cheese, fragrant black tea and tangy lemon create a layered flavor, and squeezing the lemon to taste keeps the refreshing finish going to the last bite.

Dessert Shake ~ Honeyed Sweet Potato & Japanese Fuji Apple ~ (520 yen)

A premium, parfait-like shake combining vanilla shake with a sweet potato sauce made from Tanegashima-grown Anno-imo that is roasted, hand-peeled and pureed, then topped with whipped cream and Fuji apple sauce containing real fruit pulp. Brown sugar richness and the sharpness of Patagonian salt lift the potato’s sweetness, contrasting with the crisp apple pulp. Available in S size only.

Fruitis™ Pomegranate & Ginger Ale ~ with Japanese Apple Jelly ~ (430 yen)

A collaboration with Mizkan’s fruit vinegar drink “Fruitis™ Pomegranate,” blended with ginger ale and diced jelly made from Japanese apple juice. The gentle acidity of apple vinegar and pomegranate juice meets the dry bite of ginger ale for a sweet yet refreshing sparkling drink. The two-layer gradient in the glass is striking, and the color stays vivid even after stirring. Available in M size only.
