Japanese conveyor-belt sushi chain Hama Sushi will launch its “Umaneta Summer Festival” (Tasty Toppings Summer Festival) at stores nationwide starting Tuesday, July 14, 2026. Popular items such as silver salmon and fatty albacore tuna will be available for just 100 yen (110 yen tax included) — a summer deal not to be missed.
Four Star Items at 110 Yen (Tax Included)
The headliners of this fair are the following four plates, each priced at 100 yen (110 yen with tax):
- Sanriku Silver Salmon (thick cut): tender flesh with a rich, deep flavor
- Thick-Cut Albacore Fatty Tuna (otoro): made with the “haramo” belly, the fattiest part of the albacore
- Bacon Mayo Gunkan: mellow mayonnaise paired with house-made bacon
- Nozawana Kombu Gunkan: the crisp crunch of nozawana pickles is addictive

Seasonal items also join the lineup at 160 yen (176 yen tax included) each: Kisu Tempura Nigiri featuring delicately flavored whiting fried to a crisp, Fried Eggplant Nigiri with summer eggplant soaked in a special broth to draw out its sweetness and umami, and chewy, flavorful Squid Tentacles (Ika Geso).

From the premium “Shifuku no Ikkan” series come two items at 290 yen (319 yen tax included) each: Samgyeopsal-Style Lettuce Wrap, thick-sliced pork belly wrapped in lettuce with spicy-savory ssamjang, and Miyazaki Eel (thick cut), grilled plump and tender.
