Skylark Restaurants, operator of Gusto and other chains, is rolling out eel (unagi) menus across 8 brands for Japan’s midsummer tradition, “Doyo no Ushi no Hi” (Day of the Ox). The plump, tender grilled eel can be enjoyed both in-store and at home. Order an eligible eel item and you’ll also earn 5x Skylark Points during the campaign. In 2026, the Day of the Ox falls on Sunday, July 26.
