Three Filling New Autumn Dishes
Grilled Vegetables and Tsukimi Cheese-Filled Hamburg with Mushroom Demi-Glace
949-1,049 yen (1,044-1,154 yen incl. tax). Twelve kinds of cheese ooze out of the patty, topped with a soft-boiled egg for the perfect tsukimi look. The house demi-glace is enriched with shimeji mushrooms and served with colorful autumn vegetables such as pumpkin, lotus root and bell pepper.
Seafood-Packed Tomato Soup Pasta
1,099 yen (1,209 yen incl. tax). Shell-on clams, shrimp and squid pile up with colorful vegetables in a hearty soup pasta. Add a half soft French bread for 100 yen (110 yen incl. tax) to enjoy the broth down to the last drop.
Fried Oyster Japanese Set (3 pieces)
899 yen (989 yen incl. tax). Crispy, juicy fried oysters, a signature autumn taste, come with house-made tartar sauce. Choose from three to five oysters.
Aromatic Duxelles Sauce Dishes
Maitake, shiitake, porcini and button mushrooms are finely chopped and simmered until reduced by more than half, then cooked with butter, onion, white wine and cream for an intensely savory duxelles sauce.
