Sushiro Day 2026 Part 2 Campaign Starts June 15
Conveyor-belt sushi chain Sushiro (Akindo Sushiro Co., Ltd.) will hold its anniversary campaign “A Cup Full of Gratitude. A Belly Full of Sushi. Sushiro Day 2026 Part 2” at Sushiro restaurants nationwide in Japan from Monday, June 15 to Tuesday, June 30, 2026. Since June marks the month of its founding, Sushiro is expressing its biggest thanks of the year to customers. The chain traces its roots to a single standing sushi bar in Osaka called “Tai-sushi” and has pursued quality in toppings, rice, prices, and in-store experience for over 40 years.
Highlight: Jumbo Fatty Salmon from 110 Yen (Tax Included)
The star of the campaign is the Jumbo Fatty Salmon (Jumbo Toro Salmon), a satisfying jumbo-sized cut offered at a special thank-you price from 110 yen including tax (3.61 million servings planned; ends when sold out). Also featured is the Double-Cut Grilled Eel (Kabayaki), glazed with Sushiro’s special kabayaki sauce and roughly twice the usual size at the same price, from 180 yen including tax (2.42 million servings planned).

New SUSHIRO Cafe Dessert: Pudding à la Mode Parfait
From the SUSHIRO Cafe dessert line comes the new Pudding à la Mode Parfait (from 380 yen including tax), a retro Showa-style treat developed by Sushiro’s in-house pastry chefs.
