Zetteria’s Limited-Time Summer Burger Fair
Zetteria, the hamburger chain operated by Burger One Co. under Zensho Holdings, will launch its Summer Burger Fair for a limited time starting Wednesday, June 17, 2026. The fair features four new burgers built around two contrasting flavors: the rich, savory punch of beef kalbi and the refreshing citrus tang of hyuganatsu, a Japanese summer citrus. Whether you are craving something bold or something light, there is a burger to match your mood.
The Four New Burgers
Garlic Beef Kalbi Burger (620 yen, tax included)
A 100% beef patty topped with beef kalbi glazed in a sweet-and-spicy house kalbi sauce, fluffy deep-fried garlic cloves, and crunchy garlic sprouts, finished with a savory-spicy sauce, lettuce, and mayonnaise in a soft, pillowy bun. A stamina-packed burger where the robust kalbi flavor and garlic aroma whet the appetite.
Hyuganatsu Tartar Chicken Burger (590 yen, tax included)
A big chicken fillet marinated in a soy-based sauce, breaded and fried in-store one piece at a time, then coated with a special sauce made with hyuganatsu citrus juice. Served with tartar sauce and syrup-preserved hyuganatsu peel, it delivers a gentle acidity with a subtle, refreshing bitterness in every bite.
Beef Kalbi Burger (590 yen, tax included)
A 100% beef patty layered with sweet-and-spicy kalbi beef, lettuce, and mayonnaise — a hearty burger where the beef kalbi takes center stage.
Hyuganatsu Tartar Shrimp Burger (590 yen, tax included)
A plump, crispy shrimp patty paired with the refreshing hyuganatsu sauce, tartar sauce, and lettuce. The bright citrus sauce is a perfect match for the shrimp patty.
